By placing an order at www.larswallin.com (hereafter the Site) you are without limitations accepting Lars Wallin AB’s general terms and conditions. Lars Wallin AB will in the following also be referred to as Lars Wallin. Lars Wallin AB, a company registered in Sweden under registration-number 556800-5192 and VAT number SE556800519201. Lars Wallins registered address is Box 3116 400 10 Gothenburg Sweden. 

Please read the Terms & Condition before placing any order. Lars Wallin reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions from time to time. You, as a user, are responsible to update yourself with such changes. If you do not agree to any change then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order you have already placed unless we are required to make the change by law. If you are under 16 you must let your parent or guardian know about Lars Wallins Privacy Policy before you register to use this Site or any of this Site's services. However, we reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 years old.


To use some of our services on this Site you may need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address customercare@larswallin.com. We may also from time to time change registration requirements.


Your safety is important, and we respect the privacy rights of our visitors and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected, which will only be used to ensure the best service possible, inform you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to the different divisions of Lars Wallin. We assure that we will not sell the information collected on this site nor give it to any third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. We will collect personal data in the purpose of handling your order and giving you support during the order process. If you subscribe to our newsletter you approve that we will handle your personal data in order to send you personalized marketing material. 


Lars Wallin offers products that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Lars Wallin will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within our Terms & Conditions. 

All contact and purchase of Lars Wallin products at a retailer are a separate relation with the customer and the retailer. Lars Wallin have no responsibility for prices and stock at the retailers.


Our photographer has made every effort to display colors as accurate as possible. However, as monitors on computers, cell phones etc varieties we cannot guarantee the colors to be complete correct.


Prices shown on the Site are in Sek and Euro and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Euro price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. We may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products even though every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email to inform you that we cannot accepted your order and/or that some items on your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.


After you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by email which will include your order number. Kindly note that we are shipping orders from Monday to Friday, with exceptions of Swedish holidays. All orders are being send with DHL except for Sweden, where standard is Postnord. It is important that you include both your email address and your cell phone number while placing an order as this is the way you will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup or delivery to your address.  Please, note that if you want delivery to your doorstep with DHL you need to give an address where you can be reached during office hours, as all deliveries need a signature upon delivery. Also, leave your email address in case we need to reach you for any reason. Please note that Postnord aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or up to 72 hours during sale periods. Lead Time for delivery appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only. Lars Wallin is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any other event that is out of our control. Please contact your specific carrier if your delivery has not arrived within the timeframe mentioned above or the order has been damaged during the shipment. Use your tracking number sent to you by email. You are also welcome to contact us on customercare@larswallin.com. If we cannot deliver the order to you because of wrong information from you or if you refuse your order upon arrival we will deduct shipping fees or any fees such as duties and taxes on your refund.

Shipping & Delivery in Sweden - Free Shipping will apply on all orders. Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days. 

Shipping & Delivery Within EU -  Free Shipping will apply on all orders. Standard delivery time is 1-2 working days. 


You can return received items within 15 days from delivery. If you wish to make a return, please fill in our return form and use return label which was sent to you along with the delivery.  The cancellation period will expire 15 days from the day on which you received the goods. Please note, it is very important that the item is returned in the same condition as delivered to you. If the product or the package in anyway have signs of being used or in any way are damaged the product cannot be refunded.  Return fee of 49 SEK will apply on swedish orders and on EU orders the return fee is 15EUR. As soon as we have received the item in a good condition, we will issue a refund to you by the same payment method used in the original transaction.


We work hard to make every product we send out to be perfect, but if you anyhow have received a damaged item please contact us at customercare@larswallin.com. Don’t forget to mention your style number, order number, type of claim and send a photo. If the shipping boxes are damaged while you receive the package from DHL/Postnord you need to immediately check the inner package to see if this box is also damaged, if the item or the innerbox is damage you need to tell the deliverer before he leaves or make a claim to the place where you picked up the goods.
